The MSC Box Office handles ticketing for events sponsored by many
organizations at Texas A&M University and in the surrounding community.

Phone Orders:Phone Orders are accepted for tickets being purchased with a credit card by
calling (979) 845-1234. The convenience fee is just $3 per order.

|
Out-of-Town Events:We are also a TicketMaster outlet and have access
to TicketMaster events around
the state. Tickets for TicketMaster events are only sold at the Box Office
window. Please call the local TicketMaster for phone sales and other
inquiries at (979) 268-0414.

Payment Options:The MSC Box Office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and AggieBucks
for all events. (AggieBucks are not accepted for TicketMaster tickets.)

Return Policy:The Box Office policy is that sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
|
|
Student Discounts:Student prices vary for each event, but generally a discounted price is
offered to all area students. Student discounts must be requested at time of purchase.
Texas A&M students must can purchase 2 tickets at the student price with a valid student ID.

Patrons with Disabilities:If you have questions or concerns about disability seating or hearing
devices, please call (979) 845-8903 to inform the Theatre Complex of
your needs.

Ticketing System:The MSC Box Office uses the PASS-2
ticketing system from Select Ticketing Systems, Inc. installed in 1993. Among
other features, this system enables customers to select seats from graphical
venue floor plans.

Program Content:The MSC Box Office does not sponsor any events. The Box Office is solely
a service operation for other programming organizations. Although the Box Office tries to be knowledgable
about all the events for which it provides ticketing services, questions
or concerns about specific program content or selection should be directed
to the sponsoring organization.

Funding:Operation of the MSC Box Office is affiliated and funded
through the Memorial Student Center. Revenue from the MSC covers the majority
of salary and administrative expenses. The remaining funds are derived from
administrative fees and ticket service charges.
